Stein: Tabata IntervalsAn interval class based off of the Tabata protocol of 20 seconds of maximal work followed by 10 seconds of rest repeated 8 times. We choose 5 exercises emphasizing leg strength, upper body pushing strength, upper body pulling strength, core strength and cardiovascular capability and run you through them in a circuit like progression. Once we finish the first 20 minute circuit we take a short break, change the five exercises and do ANOTHER 20 minute circuit! Get ready to burn some calories while getting a full body workout!
